Refund & Returns Policy – Light of Mercy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Charity sale items (50% proceeds donated)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank if necessary.

Sale Items & Charity Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items and charity sale items (50% donated) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at kikilogistics@gmail.com

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for your return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
